All inquiries are handled with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity to ensure privacy and comfort for potential patients and their families.
2. Pre-Assessment
Initial Assessment: A preliminary assessment is conducted over the phone or in person to understand the patient’s needs, medical history, and the nature of their addiction. This helps us determine the most appropriate level of care.
Medical and Psychological Evaluation: Our medical team reviews any existing medical and psychological records to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the patient’s condition.


3. Personalized Treatment Plan
Individualized Approach: Based on the initial assessment, our team develops a personalized treatment plan tailored to the patient’s specific needs, goals, and circumstances.
Program Selection: We recommend the most suitable program, whether it’s inpatient, outpatient, detox, or a combination of services.


4. Payment Options


Payment Plans:

We offer various payment options and can work with patients and families to develop a feasible payment plan if needed.


5. Admission Approval
Documentation: Patients are required to complete and submit necessary admission forms, including consent forms, medical history, and insurance information.


Pre-Admission Checklist:

We provide a checklist to help patients prepare for their stay, including items to bring, items to leave at home, and any necessary medical documentation.


6. Arrival and Intake
Welcome and Orientation: Upon arrival, patients are welcomed by our admissions team and given a tour of the facility. We aim to make this process as smooth and welcoming as possible.


Comprehensive Intake Assessment:

A detailed intake assessment is conducted, including physical exams, psychological evaluations, and initial therapy sessions to finalize the treatment plan.


Detox Admission:

If detoxification is required, patients will be admitted to our detox unit for medical supervision and support during the withdrawal process.


7. Family Involvement
Family Meetings: We encourage family involvement and offer initial family meetings to discuss the treatment process & we provide best family counselling.

 
Family Therapy:

Arrangements for family therapy sessions can be made to involve loved ones in the recovery journey.


8. Orientation to Program

Daily Schedule:

Patients are introduced to their daily schedule, including therapy sessions, group meetings, recreational activities, and meal times.
Meet the Team: Patients have the opportunity to meet their primary therapist, medical team, and support staff who will be working with them during their stay.


9. Continuous Support
Case Management: Each patient is assigned a case manager who oversees their progress, coordinates care, and serves as a point of contact for the patient and their family.


Ongoing Assessment:

Regular assessments are conducted to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
